Baked Pears Brie Walnuts Cranberries (Print-Friendly Version)

Warm pears paired with brie, walnuts, and cranberries for a sweet-savory treat, finished with honey and thyme.

# Ingredients List:

01 - 3 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
02 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
03 - 120 g brie cheese, cut into small cubes
04 - 60 g walnuts, roughly chopped
05 - 50 g dried cranberries
06 - 2 tablespoons honey
07 - Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Brush pear halves with lemon juice and arrange cut-side up in the prepared dish.
03 - Fill the cavity of each pear half with cubes of brie, walnuts, and dried cranberries.
04 - Lightly drizzle the pears with honey and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the fruit is tender and cheese has melted.
05 - Scatter fresh thyme leaves over pears and serve warm.
