01 -
Remove pizza dough from the refrigerator 20 minutes prior to use to bring to room temperature.
02 -
Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly coat a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with nonstick spray.
03 -
On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a 40 x 20 cm rectangle. Use the baking dish as a size guide if needed.
04 -
Layer ham evenly over the rolled dough, then add cheese in a single layer without overlapping.
05 -
Starting from the long edge, roll dough tightly into a log with ham and cheese inside. Slice the log into 9 even pieces using a serrated knife. Arrange pieces cut-side up in the prepared dish.
06 -
Bake rolls uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, until cooked through and lightly golden. Check the center by gently pulling back a layer to ensure dough is baked.
07 -
Melt butter and whisk together with Dijon mustard, honey, and poppy seeds until smooth.
08 -
Brush the honey mustard glaze evenly over the rolls. Return dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until deeply golden brown.
09 -
Allow to cool slightly. Serve rolls warm or at room temperature.
