Avocado Chocolate Pudding (Print Version)

Ultra-creamy chocolate avocado blend ready in 5 minutes - rich, decadent, naturally sweetened, and packed with nutrients!

# Ingredients:

01 - 220 g avocados, weight without skin and pit (2 small)
02 - 80 ml dairy-free milk (⅓ cup)
03 - 50-60 g maple syrup or sweetener of choice (2 1/2-3 Tbsp)
04 - 20 g almond butter or nut/seed butter of choice (1 heaped Tbsp)
05 - 25 g cocoa powder, unsweetened (4 Tbsp)
06 - Vanilla extract to taste (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and transfer the flesh to a small blender or food processor.
02 - Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste the pudding and adjust any of the ingredients to your liking.
04 - Serve the avocado pudding in bowls, optionally garnished with crushed nuts. Enjoy!

# Additional Notes:

01 - If you have the time, chill the pudding in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to improve its taste and texture.
02 - For thicker or thinner pudding, adjust the amount of plant-based milk added.
