02 - 1/2 cup apple cider (sweet, unfiltered cider)
03 - 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs (gluten-free breadcrumbs as a substitute)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, whole wheat breadcrumbs, egg, finely diced onion, minced garlic, spices, and fresh herbs. Stir gently until just incorporated.
02 - Using a small scoop, portion out the mixture and roll it into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs, searing for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
04 - In the same skillet, reduce the apple cider, then add maple syrup and Dijon mustard, stirring until thickened.
05 - Return the seared meatballs to the skillet, gently tossing them in the glaze until well-coated. Serve hot.
