07 - Marinara sauce, for dipping

# How to Make It:

01 - Assemble all required components before starting.
02 - Allow pizza dough to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or roll out freshly made dough to a uniform thickness.
03 - Using a sharp knife or pastry cutter, divide the dough into 3×3 cm squares.
04 - Place a portion of mozzarella cheese, several pepperoni slices, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt onto each square.
05 - Fold each dough square over the filling to enclose, then firmly crimp the edges to ensure a tight seal.
06 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 5 minutes.
07 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange the rolls in a single layer, leaving space between each.
08 - Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even browning.
09 - Allow rolls to cool briefly before serving with marinara sauce on the side.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Vary fillings with vegetables such as bell peppers or onions, or substitute alternate cheeses for different flavour profiles.
02 - Do not crowd the air fryer basket to ensure consistent cooking.
03 - Store any leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
04 - Reheat in the air fryer for optimal texture.
