Air Fryer Corn Ribs (Print Version)

Corn cobs transformed into curled, butter-coated ribs that crisp perfectly in the air fryer for a fun, finger-licking snack.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 corn on the cob ears
02 - 3 tablespoons butter, softened
03 - 2 teaspoons paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Fresh parsley or basil (optional)

→ Optional Dipping Sauce

07 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cut off the ends, remove the husk and silk, and rinse each ear of corn.
02 - Microwave the corn ears for 2 minutes to soften them. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
03 - Use a sharp knife to cut each ear vertically into quarters. If difficult, slice them in half horizontally to create shorter ribs.
04 - Mix butter, paprika, garlic powder, herbs, and salt in a small bowl until well combined.
05 - Brush the corn ribs evenly with the butter mixture using a silicone pastry brush or spoon.
06 - Place corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them after 5 minutes, until curled, lightly charred, and crisp.
07 - Combine mayonnaise and BBQ sauce in a small bowl. Serve alongside the corn ribs. Optional dips include whipped feta dip, ranch dressing, or melted butter.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use a sharp knife and be careful when cutting the corn into ribs. If too difficult, create shorter ribs by slicing horizontally.
