Brush the corn ribs evenly with the butter mixture using a silicone pastry brush or spoon.

Place corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them after 5 minutes, until curled, lightly charred, and crisp.

Combine mayonnaise and BBQ sauce in a small bowl. Serve alongside the corn ribs. Optional dips include whipped feta dip, ranch dressing, or melted butter.
