# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground turkey
02 - 4 medium potatoes, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 onion, chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 bell pepper, chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
11 - 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Stir in diced potatoes and bell pepper; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Push the vegetables to the side and add ground turkey to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon.
