Set the oven to 400 degrees.

Peel and chop the sweet potatoes. Place in a large baking dish and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 30 minutes.

While the sweet potatoes are in the oven, brown the ground turkey in a pan. Sauté with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Chop the zucchini into slices and quarter the slices.

Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven. Add the cooked ground turkey and chopped zucchini to the baking dish, and combine evenly.

Bake the mixture for 10 minutes.

Remove the baking dish from the oven. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, mix evenly, and top with shredded parmesan cheese.

Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
