Tender salmon fillets with a sweet and smoky glaze, perfectly grilled to flaky perfection just like the restaurant favorite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 (170g each) fresh salmon fillets
02 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
09 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
02 - Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Ensure all fillets are coated and let marinate for about 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 200°C (400°F).
04 - Grill skin-side down for 6-8 minutes per side or bake on a greased baking sheet for approximately 15-20 minutes until flaky.
05 - Ensure the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a beautiful pink interior.
06 - Remove from heat, let rest briefly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
