# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes (about 1 medium potato)
02 - 1/2 cup almond butter
03 - 1/3 cup maple syrup
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/3 cup chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together mashed sweet potato, almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
03 - Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt and stir until fully combined.
04 - Fold in chocolate chips and spread the batter evenly into the pan.
05 - Top with extra chocolate chips.
06 - Bake for 25–30 minutes until set in the center.
07 - Cool for 10 minutes before lifting out and slicing.

01 - Use very smooth mashed sweet potatoes for best texture.
02 - Peanut butter can be used instead of almond butter.
03 - Add espresso powder for richer flavor.
04 - Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later.
