Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas (Print Version)

Tortillas filled with cream cheese and strawberries, rolled up, brushed with butter and baked with cinnamon sugar topping.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 cup strawberry pie filling

→ Topping and baking

06 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
07 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
03 - Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a narrow border around the edge.
04 - Spoon strawberry pie filling into the center of each prepared tortilla.
05 - Roll tortillas tightly and position them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
06 - Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over each roll.
07 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the exterior is golden brown and crisp.
08 - Let stand briefly before serving warm.
