Strawberry Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

Delicious strawberry halves filled with whipped cream cheese mixture and topped with graham cracker crumbs.

# Ingredients:

01 - 18–24 large strawberries
02 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
03 - 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/3 cup sour cream
05 - 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
08 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cut off the stems of the strawberries and slice them in half. Cut a small sliver off the back of each strawberry half so they can sit upright.
02 - Using a small melon baller, carefully hollow out the middle of each strawberry half to create a small indent for the filling.
03 - In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
04 - In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
05 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
06 - Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe the filling into each strawberry half.
07 - Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Select large, firm strawberries for stability.
02 - Chill before serving for best results.
03 - Experiment with flavors by adding chocolate, herbs, or spices.
