# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb fresh jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 8 soft corn or flour tortillas
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, adjust to taste
06 - 1 large ripe mango, diced
07 - ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
08 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
09 - 1 lime, juiced
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - Optional toppings: sliced avocado, sour cream, queso fresco

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Dice the mango, finely chop the red onion and cilantro. Combine in a bowl with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate while preparing the shrimp.
