Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the fresh figs gently under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut a small cross in the top of each fig using a sharp knife.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt.

Place the figs in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, cut side up. Drizzle the glaze mixture over the figs.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, until the figs are tender and caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining glaze and garnished with your choice of toppings.
