# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-made pie crust
02 - 1 cup chopped bacon
03 - 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
04 - 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
05 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
06 - 3 large eggs
07 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - Pinch of nutmeg

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp the edges.
03 - In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
04 - Sprinkle the cooked bacon, Gruyere cheese, Swiss cheese, and chopped onion evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
05 - In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
