In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. Set aside this marinade.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast. You can use toothpicks to secure the bacon if needed.

Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Once hot, sear the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.

Pour the maple garlic marinade over the chicken breasts in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
