# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef
02 - 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
03 - 1 cup mixed bell peppers, chopped
04 - 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
05 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
06 - 4 low-carb tortillas

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice the beef into thin strips and chop the bell peppers and onion.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Increase heat to medium-high, add the sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
