# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 1/4 cup lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
07 - 1 teaspoon cumin
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika

→ Rice Mixture

09 - 1 cup jasmine rice
10 - 1 avocado, diced
11 - 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
02 - Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure chicken is fully cooked with no pink remaining in the center.
03 - After resting, slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
04 - In a separate bowl, combine cooked jasmine rice with diced avocado, chopped cilantro, and a drizzle of lime juice. Gently toss together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
