01 -
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 -
In a large pan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the steak strips and season with salt and ground black pepper. Cook until the steak is browned but still tender, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
03 -
In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, sautéing until the garlic is golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
04 -
Stir in the soy sauce and honey. Mix well to create a sweet and spicy sauce. Let it simmer for an additional minute.
05 -
Return the cooked steak strips to the pan and toss them to coat well with the sauce.
06 -
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the steak and sauce mixture.
07 -
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until it's melted and combined.
08 -
Transfer the pasta to serving plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
09 -
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for added freshness.
