# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into wedges, about 1 inch thick for even cooking.
03 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix well.
