01 - 1 pound white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
04 - Salt and pepper, to taste
05 - 8 small corn or flour tortillas

→ Mango Salsa

06 - 1 cup mango, diced
07 - ½ red onion, finely chopped
08 - 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
09 - Juice of 1 lime
10 - Fresh cilantro, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Rub the fish fillets with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
02 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and flake into pieces.
