Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

Place one hot dog at the wide end of each triangle. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of chili onto each hot dog, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

Starting from the wide end, roll the dough around the hot dog, chili, and cheese. Pinch the ends to seal the roll.

Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over the top of each wrapped chili dog for added flavor.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and puffed.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve warm.
