Creamy Pasta with Bacon (Print Version)

Al dente noodles, crispy bacon and sweet peas tossed in a homemade creamy dressing - the ultimate crowd-pleasing side dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz small pasta noodles
02 - 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
03 - 12 oz thick cut bacon, cooked and chopped
04 - 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

→ For the Creamy Dressing

05 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, to taste
09 - 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, to taste
12 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the pasta noodles in a large pot of water according to package directions, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
02 - Thaw the peas, cook and crumble the bacon, and grate the parmesan cheese. Set all ingredients aside.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until combined.
04 - In a large bowl, combine the pasta, peas, bacon, and parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing over the top and stir until evenly coated.
05 - Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or serve immediately.
