# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 cups baby red potatoes, halved or quartered
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix

→ Smoked Sausage

04 - 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
05 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Toss baby potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
03 - Remove from oven, add sliced smoked sausage, cheddar cheese, and black pepper.
