Cheesy Garbage Bread (Print Version)

A golden-baked roll packed with cheese, meats and vegetables - the perfect party appetizer or casual dinner option.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
05 - 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
06 - 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
07 - 1/4 cup diced onion
08 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
09 - 1/4 cup marinara sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
03 - Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olives over the sauce.
04 - Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam and ends to seal. Place the seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush the top of the Garbage Bread with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
06 - Bake the Garbage Bread for 25–30 minutes or until it’s golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
07 - Slice the Garbage Bread into rounds and serve with extra marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Feel free to customize the fillings with different meats, cheeses, and veggies. Options like spicy Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, or bacon can add variety.
02 - Brush the top with melted butter before baking for a rich, golden-brown crust.
03 - Adding grated Parmesan cheese to the filling enhances the overall flavor.
04 - Serve with creamy ranch dipping sauce for a flavorful pairing.
