21 - ½ large red onion (thinly sliced)
22 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
23 - ½ cup dill pickle slices
24 - ¼ cup fresh chives (chopped)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add sliced onions and brown sugar, stirring to coat. Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are deep golden brown and jammy.
02 - In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with hands until combined.
03 - Once onions are caramelized, let cool slightly. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in cooled onions and mix well. Adjust seasoning if needed.
04 - Wash and chop lettuce, dice tomatoes and cucumber, and thinly slice red onion. Arrange ingredients in separate bowls.
05 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
06 - Place lettuce in serving bowls. Top with cooked beef in the center. Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and pickle slices around the beef. Add a dollop of aioli on top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and chives.
