# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 lemon, juiced
05 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 cup vegetable broth

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add the potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.
04 - Place the potatoes in a baking dish and pour the vegetable broth around them.
